By accessing or using AgentSup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
AgentSup is an AI-powered platform that helps you manage and organize support messages from your Telegram bot. The Service includes:
- Automatic message categorization using AI
- A dashboard for viewing and managing support messages
- Analytics and insights about your support activity
- Tools for responding to messages in bulk
Beta Service: AgentSup is currently in private beta. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We appreciate your patience and feedback during this period.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid Telegram account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including messages processed through your Telegram bot. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process messages through our Service and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws.
AI Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's GPT models) to categorize and analyze messages. You acknowledge that:
- AI categorization may not always be accurate
- You should review AI-generated categorizations before taking action
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:
- Perform maintenance with or without notice
- Modify or discontinue features
- Impose usage limits as necessary
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AgentSup and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
